On October 20th, 2011 (almost exactly a year after winning the World Travel Awards for 2010 Leading Tour Operator) Yampu Tours graciously accepted the 2011 for the same prestigious title after an industry-wide voting process. The honor of receiving this respected award arrives during an exciting year of growth and development for Yampu Tours. This year marks Yampu’s 13th year creating trips of a lifetime to Latin America, and also notes a new chapter in Yampu’s successful history with a launch of their new website featuring South East Asia, Africa, and India. Yampu’s decision to expand its specialty generated directly from loyal clients who consistently requested a similar Yampu experience in other destinations.
2011 has also been a year of personnel growth within the company: Yampu has added several new consultants and an entire team of operations who work relentlessly to ensure all trips go according to plan.
