The Ariau Amazon Towers is a unique and Eco-friendly resort that was built high above in the treetop canopy of the Amazon Jungle. The Ariau is located outside of Manaus and close the Anavilhanas Archipelago, and is reachable by boat. It served as the main port in the region during the 19th-century rubber boom. Famous landmarks include the "Ver-o-Peso" market, designed and built in England, where each morning, local products and crafts are brought by boat and canoe and traded, tthe Mercęs Church, (17th century), built in the purest baroque style, and the Cathedral which contains impressive paintings.

The Tiwa Amazon Ecoresort is situated 10 km from Manaus, on the banks of the Rio Negro. The complex is surrounded by its own grounds of more than 2 square km.
