We will visit the historic and artistic Spanish colonial city of Salta, and discover a region where Indian folklore, traditions and art, mix with Spanish cultural heritage. We will also see colorful landscapes filled with mountains and extravagantly shaped ravines. While we meander in small Indian towns, we will take in the breathtaking beauty of the region. We will visit some wineries and may also take the fantastic Safari to the Clouds.

The most important wineries in Argentina are located in the Andes Mountains near the cities of Mendoza and in the northwest in the valleys near Salta. We offer programs with overnight stays at the lodges of the wineries.

Mendoza, founded by Spanish colonists more than four centuries ago, is a city rich in history and culture. It is also home to America’s highest mountain, the Aconcagua, and some of the most important wineries in Argentina. After visiting this lovely city, you will have the opportunity to taste some of the finest wines in Argentina. We will tour Mendoza's most renowned wine cellars and observe their intricate elaboration process, and will gape at the awe inspiring size of Aconcagua. This tour also includes a visit to Puente del Inca, another natural wonder located in this Andean landscape.
