Yampu’s brief tour of Nicaragua includes a visit to Granada, the third oldest city (1524) in Central America. Sitting on the northwestern shore of Lake Cocibolca, it has a rich colonial heritage, as may be seen in its architecture and layout. From there, we will explore Lake Nicaragua and will visit Ometepe Island, formed by two volcanoes that erupted from below the lake. We will spend the last two days in the beach area of San Juan del Sur, a tranquil fishing village with beautiful white-sand beaches, smooth waters, and ecological richness.

This tour includes airfare allowance from Miami (US), on non-holiday dates. You do not need to fly via Miami; Yampu will fly you the most direct way to your city of destination. Depending on your travel dates and proximity of travel, we will quote you the most economical surcharge from your city or country of origin.
