Day 1
Bus to Huatajata Two hour ride (90 km) along the shores of Lake Titicaca. Overnight at hotel. Lunch and dinner included.
Day 2
Huatajata/Condoriri
Private transportation from Huatajata to Tuni Lake (2 hours). The first part of the trek is flat (1 hour) until reaching the foothills of the range. The trek then continues uphill, passing several lagoons at the bottom of the Condoriri Mountain (2 hours). Camp at Condoriri Lake at an elevation of 4650 mt/15256 ft, with a beautiful view of the Royal Andean Range. All gear will be carried by llamas. Lunch and dinner included.
Day 3
Condoriri Lake/Pampa Leon
A long and difficult day of trekking. We will climb through a pass at 5000 mt/15404 ft (3 hours), we will then descend through the Canyon of Pampa Leon until we reach the small lake of Livinosa (3 hours). The trek continues downhill until we reach Ancoma (1 hour) and a nice open valley, where we ill camp at 3900 mt/12795 ft. Lunch and dinner included.
Day 4
Pampa Leon/Chacapampa/La Paz
One hour trek downhill to Chacapampa at 3550 mt/11647 ft, a small village in the Zongo Valley. Private transportation to la Paz (2.5 hours), passing through one of the most beautiful mountains in the Royal Andean range: the Huayna Potosi at 6000 mt/19685 ft.
