Thanks to its great location and privileged weather conditions, Termas de Chillan has a lengthy season with outstanding snow from May to October. The modern infrastructure offers 9 lifts, situated 1650m above sea level, with 28 runs, 35 km groomed and maintained and a skiable area of 10,000 hectares. The area provides terrain for all abilities, 30% for beginners, 40% for intermediate and 30% for experts. There is a vertical drop of 1100m, the longest run in South America at 13 km’s and the first snow park in South America.
Here you will find the new Gran Hotel Termas de Chillan, a five-star hotel in a cozy environment of a Mountain Resort. Inaugurated in June 1997, this exclusive facility complements the existing facilities on offer provided by the former Termas de Chillan, Pirigallo Hotel and the Condominiums.
Yampu will provide a thrilling experience by offering the most alternative activities at the centre – Nordic skiing, randonee, heli-ski, snowmobiles and sledges. The thermal centre has nine blue-water pools which are open all year round. With many beautiful natural attractions the resort also offers our visitors a recreational and relaxing retreat.

NORDIC SKIING: Enjoy incomparable cross-country skiing through enchanted native forests at no extra charge when you rent your ski equipment at the resort’s ski shop (advance reservation required; subject to equipment availability).
MINI-WEEK SKI: Package plans for 3 and 4 nights. Base rate calculation: 1/7 weekly rate multiplied by the 3 or 4 nights of selected Mini-week Ski Packages.
DAILYROOM RATE: 1/7 weekly rate plus 10% surcharge. Reservation subject to room availability (date restrictions apply).
Child Rate: applies to children under age 12, beginning with the second bed in a room occupied by at least one adult. Child under age 4 pays only meals when occupying an additional bed in a room shared by adults.
