Yampu’s Rio de Janeiro and Buzios Tour is the perfect introduction to Brazil’s wonderful culture and beaches. For three days we will visit marvelous Rio de Janeiro, famous for its spectacular natural setting, Carnival celebrations, samba music, and beaches including Ipanema and Copacabana. Leaving Rio we depart for Buzios, once just a quaint fishing village but it has become so much more. With cobblestone streets, white beaches, and crystal-clear waters Buzios is a sophisticated resort with many restaurants and a very active night life.

During this tour we will visit Rio de Janeiro and Salvador da Bahia, once the capital of Brazil. Bahia is not only known for its beautiful colonial architecture and cultural heritage, but also for its beautiful white sandy beaches. After two days in Rio we will fly to Salvador, the biggest city in northeastern Brazil and famed for its music, cuisine, and historical monuments. The tour ends at the Praia do Forte Eco Resort, located 30 miles from Salvador. Here you will find more than eight miles of pristine beaches, natural pools up to 12 feet deep, crystal-clear waters, endless groves of coconut palms, and multicolored reefs. Praia is a veritable ecological paradise on the east coast of South America.
