This is the best place to see the Patagonia fauna in Argentina. We will visit the penguin rookery at Punta Tombo, and see the sea-elephants and sea-lion colonies at Peninsula Valdes. During the months of June through December we will also be able to see the amazing right whales. We offer 2 or 3 day packages, as well as a program at El Pedral, a beautiful coastal lodge at Punta Ninfas.

We will also cruise the Beagle Channel and visit the Birds & Sea Wolves islands, and will do a fantastic full day, off-road excursion on 4x4 vehicles to the Lake Fagnano.

Let Yampu guide you to the magnificent Perito Moreno Glacier, a true ice river 60kms long that descends to Lake Argentina, and one of only three Patagonian glaciers that are not retreating. We will also explore the northern tip of the Lago Argentino and the Estancia Cristina to see the breathtaking Upsala Glacier. Adventurers may choose an optional trek to Laguna de los Tres, which faces the amazing Fitz Roy, and to Laguna Torre. Another optional excursion is to Torres del Paine in Chile, a spectacular mountain range extending to heights of up to 9,000 feet.
