Thank you for your phone call - it was nice putting a voice to an e-mail. Yes, of course, I'll add to the testimonial collection but I'll never do my trip justice! Here it goes. It is difficult, impossible, to exaggerate how impressed I was by Emma's organisation of what was a very open ended, possibly over ambitious South American adventure for a loner. The route planned - Santiago, Easter Island, Atacama Desert, Iguazu Falls and the Pantanal was perfectly coordinated with superb hotels and brilliant guides, especially in Easter Island. Ernest, our guide in Iguazu has to come in for special praise, also. The two glitches, both minor, were completely my fault. I especially appreciated Emma's recommendation of background reading, her prompt response to my often stupid questions and the very personal approach to the whole experience. It meant a lot. If all this sounds rather fulsome -it's not meant to be. I'll be singing Yampu's merits until my friends are fed up with me.
