This combined tour includes a visit to Belize’s Maya ruins of Xunantunich and Cahal Pech, and a visit to the Maya ruins of Tikal in Guatemala. Yampu travelers will also visit the Rainforest Medicinal Trails and Butterfly Farm near San Ignacio in the Cayo District, the Belize Zoo, and the amazing barrier reef of the Hol Chan Marine Reserve in Ambergris Caye. We will spend the last 4 days relaxing in Ambergris Caye. This island, largely unaltered by human hands, is mostly a mangrove swamp surrounded by a ring of white sandy beaches.

This trip combines the Galapagos Islands with Quito, Lima, Cuzco and Machu Picchu. A stay at the Red Mangrove Inn is perfect for those who want to visit the Galapagos but prefer to stay at a hotel. Enjoy a guided tour of the Charles Darwin Research Station as well as 3 guided day tours, ocean front access, and use of the private dock. After the flight to Peru, we take a tour of Lima and Cuzco, and then take a train ride through the Sacred Valley to Machu Picchu.

This highlights trip will take you across Central America and north to Riviera Maya. Visit Panama, where you will follow the Panama Canal and visit the Gamboa Rainforest Resort. See the fireworks of Volcano Arenal and walk through the forest on hanging bridges in Costa Rica. In Nicaragua, visit Granada, boat around Lake Nicaragua and visit volcanoes Concepción, Masaya and Madera. We then take you to the Mayan ruins of Copán in Honduras, Tikal in Guatemala, and Chichen-Itza and Tulum along Riviera Maya in Mexico.
