The design and management of the different sporting activities are managed by professionals relating to each discipline.

Enjoy the first Professional Equestrian Centre in the country led by renowned George Morris. One of the most exceptional riding instructors in the world and also the Director of the United States Equestrian Team (USET) and the North American Equestrian Association (USA Equestrian).

The Black Watch Polo Club will be managed by professional polo player Ignacio Figueras, renowned leader of the Black Watch Polo Team. It will consist of four professional polo fields, an exercise ring, a stick and ball field, stables and a professional polo school.

The Guillermo Vilas Tennis Club will have clay courts, practice courts, a mini stadium and will benefit from Guillermo Vilas’ unbeatable knowledge and understanding of the game.

The 7250 yard 18 hole golf course, par 72 will be PGA regulated and managed by 2 exceptionally gifted professional golfers – the experienced Eduardo Romero and the talented Andrés Romero.

The main house is a working Luxury Boutique hotel with 15 suites designed in the style of a traditional estancia and with services fitting the unique and exclusive surroundings. The building also houses a 20 bedroom hotel and a 3000m2 spa which offers both revitalizing and medical treatments.

Estancia Villa Maria was founded by Vicente Pereda at the end of the 19th Century and since its instigation it has featured as a precursory establishment for the area. His son, Celedonio Pereda, began enhancing the estate in 1919 due to the enormous growth of the enterprise. Intuitively he hired the preferred architect of Buenos Aires society, Alejandro Bustillo, who went on to construct the famous Llao Llao Hotel in Bariloche and Mar del Plata’s Hotel Provincial.
