From there, we will explore Lake Nicaragua before heading to Morgan’s Rock Hacienda & Ecolodge, a luxury resort located 6 miles north of San Juan del Sur, set along a beautiful beach. This ecolodge is a project of nature conservation and reforestation offering Agro- and Ecotourism. The hotel is part of a 1000 hectare reforestation project and an 800 private nature reserve that hosts a diversity of forest animals including three different kinds of monkeys, sloths, white tipped deer, and an extensive variety of birds native to this tropical region. The property boasts a 1 mile-wide sandy bay. All meals are included at the lodge’s restaurant.
