Experience the peace and energy of the Peruvian Highlands, and navigate the waters of the highest navigable lake in the world. The city of Puno, which is on the shores of the lake, is also known as the ‘Folklore Capital of Peru’. There, we will visit the floating islands of the Uros Indian tribes, who live in the same way the Indians lived in Inca times. We will also see the enormous Sillustani tombs, made of stone and in the shape of cylinders. Trip continues to Copacabana in Bolivia, with the famous Dark Virgin, and then to the Island of the Sun where you will stay the night. Trip ends in La Paz.
