NEW ZEALAND

Welcome to Middle Earth

Tour New Zealand and explore the land of the Kiwis! From Queenstown to Auckland, New Zealand’s 29 regions stretch across nearly one thousand miles of some of the world’s most inspiring landscapes. Consisting of two main islands, New Zealand is compact enough to visit several regions in a single trip, but don’t let its size fool you. The hardest part about visiting New Zealand is deciding what to do first! With such a diverse landscape, active adventure seekers will find themselves in paradise while traversing ancient volcanoes and active craters of the Ruapehu region, kayaking the bay if islands in Paihia, and taking in the geothermal lands of Rotorua. Culture and food lovers can soak up ancient Māori culture in Rotorua and enjoy gorgeous sea views while sipping some of the most excellent wines in the country on Waiheke Island. While in Matamata, be sure to enjoy second breakfast while hiking through the rolling hills of the shire while making furry footed friends in Hobbiton. As you’ve gathered, New Zealand is a destination that can fill your custom itinerary to the brim with exciting experiences. However, for those who would like to check off more of this side of the globe, New Zealand also couples perfectly with neighboring Australia with a quick 3-hour flight from Auckland to Sydney.

A valid passport is required to travel and should have at least 3 months validity after your return home. You should have at least 2 blank pages per country that you are visiting. If your passport does not meet this requirement at the time of departure, you can be denied boarding for your international flight and may consequently incur additional expenses.

According to the information that we have, US citizens do not need a visa to enter New Zealand as a tourist with a US passport. However, we always recommend that you double check this for last minute changes with your local consulate.
