Lodge Overview

The historic villa, dating back to the 1800s, is an exclusive and elegant residence. It stands proudly in the heart of the Estate, overlooking the Medieval Village, and is a unique hamlet hotel.

Originally built in 1854 by the German princely Hohenlohe Waldenburg family, this villa showcases the typical architectural features of the 19th century. After being heavily damaged during World War II, it was meticulously restored in 1993. Il Borro Relais & Chateaux, which values local promotion and preservation of customs, owns and operates the villa.

Today, it serves as an exquisite destination for families, events, and meetings, providing personalized service and exceptional amenities such as indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sauna, a wine cellar, and elegant rooms adorned with original wallpapers, frescoed ceilings, and luxurious furnishings.
