Lodge Overview
Featuring double-height ceilings, four bedrooms, and spacious common areas, this private villa in Tulum puts tasteful simplicity in the middle of the jungle.
The three-story home –designed for lovers of a clean and stylish aesthetic– first welcomes you into an open space, where the kitchen, dining room, and living room connect to a central patio through glass doors. The fully-equipped kitchen has a large island facing the dining room, while the living room’s peaceful ambiance fuses with the courtyard located in the middle of the residence.
On the second floor, you will find four spacious bedrooms that can accommodate up to 10 guests. The two master bedrooms have a private bathtub with a shower. And although the other two bedrooms are slightly smaller, both have superbly fitted private bathrooms. Furthermore, the rooftop lounge has a 10-meter pool, a grill bar, and stunning views of the surrounding landscape, making it perfect for gatherings with friends and family.

Tulum
Tulum is the site of a pre-Columbian Mayan walled city which served as a major port for Coba, in the Mexican state of Quintana Roo. The ruins are situated on 12-meter-tall cliffs along the east coast of the Yucatán Peninsula on the Caribbean Sea. Tulum was one of the last cities built and inhabited by the Maya and achieved its greatest prominence between the 13th and 15th centuries. Maya continued to occupy Tulum for about 70 years after the Spanish began occupying Mexico, but the city was abandoned by the end of the 16th century. Tulum is one of the best-preserved coastal Maya sites, and today a popular site for tourists.

Quintana Roo, located on the eastern part of the Yucatán Peninsula, shares borders with Campeche and Yucatán, while also having a coastal line along the Caribbean Sea to the east and the Gulf of Mexico to the north. Formerly encompassing 44,705 square kilometers, the state resolved a boundary dispute in 2013, favoring Campeche and benefiting Yucatán.
