In January, Llao Llao Hotel & Resort launched “My Forest Llao Llao,” a new green program designed to care for and reforest the native Andean forests the hotel is developing with ‘Asociación Civil Sembrar,’ who is running part of the program called “Change is Today,” in an area of the hotel’s land.

The program presents hotel guests with the option to make their stays more sustainable by donating to the program and planting a native tree on the grounds if they wish. Furthermore, the initiative is working to promote awareness of environmental issues, including the importance of the forests preservation as a natural ecosystem, among citizens so they can work together to care for and protect nature.

Llao Llao believes that forests’ diversity and care are vital for ecosystem survival, and now guests are invited to join in this mission towards sustainability.
