We are pleased to share this New Exclusive Experience in Buenos Aires, specially created for guests to discover the city with a real, local flavor.
Be part of a typical Asado, or barbeque, that Argentina is famous for! Learn about Asado customs and eat a fantastic Asado in the home of local residents.
You will be guided through the cobblestone streets of the trendy area of Palermo to the butcher shop, the bakery, and the wine store all the while learning about the neighborhood and admiring some of its street art. Then, return to the venue and help prepare the Asado. Guided by the skillful hands of a master parrillero (local grill master), learn how to prepare the meat, the salad, the ” picada,” and to build the ﬁre with charcoal and wood to create a ” Fernandito.”
Once everything is ready, sit down to eat what will most likely be the best meal of your entire trip! Finally, top off this experience with a traditional local dessert.

Discover the Asado tradition, served with a twist. At Fogón, they created a closed-door dining experience that explores new ways of serving Argentine Asado classics. While seated at the bar, you’ll see, feel, and experience different grill cooking techniques, up close and personal — the aim is to create a memorable evening for each guest, beyond regular steakhouse expectations.
The Asado Tasting Menu – Dinner: Every Argentine’s Asado is unique but always includes the best cuts of meat available and fire-roasted seasonal vegetables. The chefs have designed the tasting menu to combine new grill techniques with tried and true Argentine recipes, that elevate the Asado to new heights. The optional wine pairing menu has also been designed to best enhance the flavors of the ingredients while presenting you with some of the best boutique wines from Argentina. The pancakes are made and caramelized in front of our guests. Coffee is done directly on the fire.
