Sacred Paths is an intimate 8-day women’s retreat through Cusco, the Sacred Valley, and Machu Picchu that blends sacred travel with breathwork, cacao ceremonies, feminine embodiment practices, and immersive cultural experiences.

Rather than simply visiting Peru, this journey invites women to fully experience the energy of the land through guided rituals, movement, meditation, and meaningful connection.

Inspired by years of spiritual exploration and solo travel through destinations such as Guatemala, Costa Rica, Mexico, and Indonesia, Carolina Irauzqui brings together wellness practices rooted in mindfulness, sacred ceremony, and emotional healing.

As a certified Breathwork and Cacao Facilitator trained in Lake Atitlán, her vision for Sacred Paths is centered around helping women reconnect with themselves through intentional travel and immersive experiences in nature.
