Excellent! The staff is completely dedicated to making sure your trip is exactly what you want. Our plans changed several times unexpectedly and the staff was understanding and supportive. Additionally, they think of every detail and KNOW things that a traveler would probably not consider. Their recommendations were spot on and the local guides that traveled with us were wonderful!
