I’m a certified Oncology Massage Therapist and have been practicing bodywork for twenty years. In that time I’ve also become a certified Vinyasa alignment-based yoga teacher and work with others in and out of hospital settings to help minimize their inflammation and anxiety while maximizing comfort and overall happiness.

I’m not what you’d call a “licensed mental healthcare provider”, but people tend to open up to me.

We wear many hats as massage therapists. We’re there to hopefully help others feel safe, comfortable, cared for, heard, and physically at-ease. In a way, we’re also wearing the therapist hat, just without the psychological training and credentials 😂

Everyone has a story to tell, and sometimes we just need someone to listen. That’s why I started my podcast: Unlicensed Therapist.
